Frequently asked questions
- Can I make training from a PDF or Word document?
- Yes. Upload a PDF or Word file, or paste text, and Academy drafts lessons and a quiz from it.
- Does the AI publish training on its own?
- No. A draft cannot reach a worker until an authorised person reviews, edits and approves it. The approval is recorded with their name, designation and the version.
- What happens when my document changes?
- Upload the new version. Academy keeps the earlier version and its approvals linked, so the history is preserved rather than overwritten.
- Does Academy have voice narration for lessons?
- Yes. Academy can add voice narration to every lesson screen. You choose from a set of natural voices, including an Australian voice. Narration plays automatically when a worker opens a lesson screen. Narration is generated once and saved, so it is not regenerated each time a worker plays it.
- Can Academy add images or video to lessons?
- Images, yes. Lesson images are available today, in an Illustration style or as Realistic photos. Premium AI video is coming soon and is not available yet.
- Can I write my own prompt to control the AI draft?
- Yes. Use "Tell the AI what you want" to steer how a training is written. You still review and edit the draft, and a person approves it, before it reaches a worker.
