What is Emprovia Academy?

Staff training built from your own policies, procedures, incidents and audit findings. Academy drafts lessons and a quiz, a person approves it, and it is assigned to workers with completion records and certificates kept as evidence. It is compliance training that shows its work, not a generic course library.

Is Academy an LMS?

It can be your staff LMS, with much of the work automated. A typical learning management system only hosts courses you write yourself. Academy builds the training from your own policies and real problems, makes sure a person approves it, assigns it, and keeps the evidence that your team completed it. It also scans your shift notes for patterns that keep happening and checks them against your policies, so you can see whether practice actually changed.

Does Academy help with audits?

Yes. Every training version records who approved it, every completion records the worker, their quiz result and acknowledgement, and certificates can be checked on a public verify page. Expiry reminders and automatic refreshers help keep training current.

What happens when we update a policy?

Upload the new version and approve the updated training. Earlier versions and their approvals stay linked, so you can show what staff were trained on at any point in time.

Is it only for NDIS providers?

No. Academy works for any industry that needs to train staff.

Can training be published without a person checking it?

No. An authorised person must review and approve every version before a worker sees it.

What can I build training from today?

Documents (PDF or Word files, or pasted text), incidents, complaints, audit findings and bugs. Shift-note trend scans (Experience Intelligence) turn real patterns into training. Training from chats is coming soon.

Can supervisors sign off practical skills?

Yes. A supervisor observes the worker doing the task and signs off each competency step by step, and your company can add its own competencies. The worker then confirms the sign-off or asks for more support. Re-assessment reminders are sent when a skill is due again, and the result shows on certificates and in compliance reports.

What do I get when workers finish?

A completion record showing who finished, their quiz result and their acknowledgement, plus a certificate the worker and manager can download as a PDF, with a verify link. Workers also have their own certificates page. If you set how long the training stays valid, reminders are emailed before it expires.

Can Academy find trends in our shift notes and check them against our policies?

Yes. Experience Intelligence scans your shift notes and incidents for patterns that keep happening, with personal details removed first, and turns real patterns into training. The policy check compares those trends with your company policies: going against a policy, not covered by any policy, or matching one, plus "trained but still happening". When a policy changes, trainings built from the old version are marked "Needs refresh".

Can I tell the AI how to write a training?

Yes. Use "Tell the AI what you want" to steer how a training is written. A person still reviews, edits and approves it before any worker sees it.

Can I sell courses on Academy?

Not yet. Seller accounts, a course marketplace and payouts are coming soon.

Can I connect Claude, ChatGPT or my CRM?

Not yet. Connections are coming soon.
